US orders are shipped from warehouses across the United States, including locations in Tracy CA, Bolingbrook IL, Southaven MS, and Allentown PA. Canadian orders are shipped from Amazon Fulfillment Centers throughout Canada. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately if stored in different warehouses.

Q: How will I receive my tracking number? What if I can’t find it?
Once your order ships, you will receive a Tracking Number via email or text message. If you haven’t received it within 5 business days (excluding pre-orders), please contact Petlibro Customer Support.
